Paw-some Dog Destinations

The Columbus People Trail is for dogs too. This 27-mile trail takes you through several parks, over a river, through woods and past significant modern architecture, which Columbus is known for. A map can be downloaded or picked up at the Columbus Visitors Center.

Mill Race Park is recognized as one of the top 100 parks ranked by Landscape Management. Right downtown, along the Flatrock River, this park offers stunning scenery, extraordinary design, recreation, public art and architecture.

Pups love stopping by the Farmer’s Market, too – open Saturday mornings, May – September.
