THANK YOU for your decision to become a Community Hospitality Ambassador!

As a hospitality professional you are one of our community’s most valuable assets because you are the face of Columbus to everyone you greet. By becoming a Community Hospitality Ambassador you are making a commitment to ensure your guests feel welcome and have a positive experience.

This program includes four short sessions.

The first three offer information about some of this area’s special qualities. A fourth session includes some tips that will elevate your hospitality skills and can make you even more successful in your career. 

You can expect to spend 30 to 40 minutes to review this material and then test your new knowledge with the easy quizzes.

Once you have completed this course, you will join an elite team of community ambassadors.

To commemorate your accomplishment, you will receive a Community Hospitality Ambassador (CHA) certificate and a lapel pin exclusively designed for our Community Hospitality Ambassadors.
