Call me Kuchu is a prize-winning documentary film about the heroic struggle of David Kato, the first openly gay man in Uganda, as he struggles for his people to live free. The film will be introduced by special guest, Justimore Musombi, a Kenyan minister who is gay and fled his own country because his life was endangered. There will be an opportunity to donate to the Friends Ugandan Safe Transport Fund, which supports efforts to assist LGBTQI victims of persecution to leave Uganda. Please arrive early for light refreshments. Admission: Free
